Alex Fernie

Alex Fernie is a writer/director/performer based out of sunny Los Angeles, California. He has been performing and teaching improv at Upright Citizens Brigade Los Angeles since 2007. He has appeared on stage in shows like Convoy, Sentimental Lady, ASSSSCAT, Wildly Appropriate, and more. Elsewhere, he has written and/or directed things like Adult Swim’s Childrens Hospital, Dropout TV’s Very Important People, Seeso’s Bajillion Dollar Properties, HBO’s Last Week Tonight, Hulu’s Hotwives of Orlando as well as created several original television pilots.

He’s appeared in front of the camera on Reno 911, Comedy Bang Bang, Conan, Terriers, Key & Peele and more. He used to be allergic to cats, but he’s not anymore.
